Strengthen local visibility in Brussels

More and more district councillors, mayors, members of district and local councils, as well as administrative staff are taking advantage of the opportunity to get an on-the-spot picture of developments at the EU level and to participate in workshops, information events and conferences in Brussels.

Support of the European Office during delegation trips

The European Office offers local interested parties to support them in organizing a delegation trip to Brussels. If desired, it can help you with your program and accommodation search, arrange various appointments with interlocutors from the EU institutions and interest groups, as well as invite you to a presentation on its tasks and new developments at the EU level.

  • Ideally, the trip takes place during a session week of the European Parliament in Brussels. The parliamentary session calendar can be viewed here.
  • Experience has shown that it is advisable to plan a delegation trip approximately five months in advance.

If you are interested in a support by the European Office for the planning, Tanja Sprungala and Jonathan Koch are looking forward to hearing from you.
